“Four years ago, I got a call from my mum when I was in Hong Kong. My mum told me that my grandma fell down in the neighbourhood. She was slightly injured and could not get up by herself. At that time, nobody was around. She could only shout for help weakly. Luckily, after a while, somebody found her and sent her back. 

After she recovered, everyone felt relief. But soon after that, we noticed that my grandma started refusing to walk. She would sit on a wheelchair for a long time but refuse to stand up and exercise her muscles. As time went by, she became weaker and her dementia got worse. 

In just a year after that incident, she passed away. This incident has impacted me a lot. I didn't expect that a fall would gradually take my grandma's life away…”
